Who we are

An importer, not a middleman

REMAL International is the trading name of REMAL FOR IMPORT & EXPORT S.R.L., a Romanian company registered with the Trade Register since 2023 and based in Bucharest. Its principal activity is the wholesale of fruit and vegetables (NACE 4631).

We work directly with processors and exporters in Egypt through a sister company with over 30 years of agricultural export experience. That means the price you receive has not passed through three layers of commission, and the specification you ask for reaches the people packing the goods rather than a broker.

In 2026 we restructured the business around what works: a focused portfolio of products with steady demand, stock held in Romania for fast delivery, and direct import to order for larger volumes.

How we work

From enquiry to goods unloaded

Four steps. No surprises at customs and no specification changed along the way.

Send your requirement

Product, quality, quantity, packaging, destination and target date. If you are not sure of the specification, we tell you what normally ships into the Romanian market.

Receive the offer

Price on a clear Incoterms basis (FOB, CFR or DAP), lead time, packaging and, on request, a sample. The offer states what is and is not included.

Confirmation and production

Contract, proforma, loading plan. We check the goods at origin and prepare the documentation: certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of analysis.

Shipping and delivery

We track the container, prepare customs clearance and deliver to your warehouse or to terminal. You receive the documents before the goods arrive, not after.
