Sweet potatoes
Sweet potato is the fastest-growing line in the portfolio, and in Romania it is sold almost entirely from import. The goods pass through a washing and brushing line at origin, then are graded into four sizes in export cartons. Every carton leaves marked with its grade, which means a shop can put the carton straight on the shelf.
