1. Who processes the data
The data controller is REMAL FOR IMPORT & EXPORT S.R.L., a Romanian limited liability company with its registered office at Str. Lămâiului nr. 4, Sector 1, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2023008131408, tax identification number 48081743.

2. What we collect and why
We collect only what you send us, through the quote request form or by email, phone and WhatsApp:
- identification and contact data: name, company name, email address, phone number;
- the content of your commercial enquiry: product, quantity, delivery location and any details you choose to include;
- minimal technical data associated with the form submission: IP address and time of submission, used solely to prevent abuse.
We do not collect special categories of data and we never ask for payment details through this website.
3. Legal basis
- Pre-contractual steps — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible offer or contract.
- Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: website security and prevention of automated abuse.
- Legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: retention of commercial and financial records where a contractual relationship arises.
4. Who else has access (processors)
We do not sell or rent personal data. The following providers act as processors for the operation of this website:

Data may also be passed, strictly where necessary to execute an order, to carriers, customs brokers and the supplier in Egypt — and only to the extent strictly necessary for delivery.
5. How long we keep data
- enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship: 24 months from the last communication;
- commercial correspondence relating to an order: for the duration of the contract and 10 years afterwards, under accounting law;
- anti-fraud technical data: a maximum of 12 months.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website uses no marketing, advertising or tracking cookies and carries no social network pixels. You will not see a consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
To know how many visitors the site has we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless solution that creates no persistent identifier and does not track visitors across sites. The resulting statistics are aggregated and cannot identify an individual.
7. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. Send your request to contact@remalinternational.ro; we reply within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest, dataprotection.ro.
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. The enquiry form is processed by our own function on our own infrastructure, not by a public form service, and messages arrive directly in the company's mailbox.
